Tri-County OPI is invested in going above and beyond the status quo, setting new standards of care for their patients. Even in trying situations, for example, where mistakes might have been made by other outside vendors or competing facilities, Irene Boyd, the practice's manager & founder, ensures that patients receive their proper prescribed orthotics or prosthetics at a reasonable cost and in a timely fashion. The technical staff and practitioners work incessantly towards the greatest levels of integrity and strive for optimal functionality and patient satisfaction with every prescription. The facilities are always impeccably maintained and cleanly, as medical facilities should be, yet also manage to present with a warmth and welcoming appeal akin to any well-kept home, which is much rarer in healthcare settings. The only thing missing would be a tray of freshly baked cookies (although, those home baked goods also occasionally find their way into the building)."
