"Absolutely the worse experience for being first time parents!!! Lauren wasn't present the entire pregnancy!! My wife maybe saw her 4 times the entirety of our pregnancy. Only after going to N.Florida late into our 3rd trimester did we find out how many test we'd missed.. Thank God our baby is healthy.. Ohh and it's been a week since giving birth and my wife still hasn't heard from Lauren..!! Worse experience ever!!"

"Would definitely give zero stars if I could. When I was pregnant (I had already been waiting on two referrals for over 7 months) they told me another office would call me to schedule an ultrasound because they didn't have the equipment which I thoughtwas a little strange,I ended up having severe bleeding and went to the Er. I was told that it was too early for a heartbeat so they couldn't tell if I had miscarried or not because the fetal pole still looked intact. They told me to follow up with my doctor in the next day or two to get my hcg levels checked and for them to keep an eye on me. I called and was told the best she could do was a week and a half away. I was still waiting on the call for the ultrasound and a few days later started bleeding and went back to the er, and they told me it was still intact and my levels were up which was good. But they urged me to follow up within a day or two again with my provider. I called the next day and was told there was nothing she could do I would have to wait, I still hadn't gotten a call about scheduling an ultrasound and I had a feeling it was in my best interests to switch to shands a whole hour away just to get the correct care I needed. I never got that call for the ultrasound either. This is only one of the negative experiences I've had with her I also know many others who have,as well as a woman that she told post partum depression wasn't really a thing,that she had the baby blues and just needed some fresh air,which is highly dangerous to be brushing off. she has the reviews on her Facebook page turned off because she knows she has not offered quality care. Do not go here."

"I’ve been waiting on an MRI referral since October, mind you, that was after I send them documents from Shands in May stating I needed one. After two referrals for ultrasounds (the first referral not having them check the correct area & the second not being wrote right). Then in October another doctor at the office did the MRI referral, but it was also incorrect so the imaging place has been waiting since 10/31/2022 for the doctor to fix it. I was told in the begging of January that she would fix it, 3 weeks later & several voicemails later. Lauren (the owner)called me today, after texting the emergency line, who has plenty of time to post about her weight loss deals at her other medical facility told me she’s been busy. She also stated that it does no good to leave a voicemail at either office because they don’t check them. That you just have to keep calling cause she’s too busy. Don’t waste your time. She said good luck leaving a bad review because she has her reviews turned off. Hmm wonder why? Do not use Lauren Williams as your doctor. She’ll let you die before she takes your phone call. Also to no surprise my referral was not processed correctly & I have to start all over with a different doctor."

"I have been a patient since the office opened. In the last several years since Lauren decided to open another practice on the east coast things changed drastically. She wasn't available daily, then she hired another nurse practitioner and she then left. The nurse practitioner, Sally, that is there now has changed everything about this practice. The atmosphere when you walk in sets the tone as to the treatment you will receive. Sally loves her patients! She has invested in you when you walk in! She is there for YOU! The staff has the same personality that Sally has! They are committed to giving you the service you need! This is what Chiefland needs, a place for the family, close to home and dedicated staff and doctor!"
