"Bad patient service over the phone. The lady I spoke to got frustrated over not being able to find me in the computer and insisted I wasn’t there. That part is fine, doesn’t really bother me if records are there or not. The part that bothered me is she proceeded to hang up on me when I asked if we could move past the records and schedule a new appointment. She wouldn’t pick up the phone either upon attempting to call back. Incredibly unprofessional as this is a doctors office and you have a duty to take care of your patients, not neglect them. I’d really like to see someone about my symptoms, but this experience definitely deters my business to Port Saint joe or Panama City."
