"I took my child to the emergency room this morning about 6 am. First the nurse was very nice and professional. However when I asked for a pillow for him she informed me she didn't have one. I had no reply for that one. I thought all hospitals had pillows. I was given a prescription and it was clearly written on it that it had been sent to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to make sure it was there I was informed it was not. I called the emergency room and spoke with someone she asked me if I had the prescription. I told her yes but it was sent over electronically then she told me "I know it says that but it's not working and you have to take the paper copy to the pharmacy. Because I live more then twenty miles away it would have been nice to know that. The lady I spoke with did manage to call in the prescription so I did get it filled."
"Every one there treated me with respect. Staff was friendly and outgoing, and I had a wonderful doctor who treated me."
"On 01/03/23 I was treated in the ER, after not being able find a open clinic and having a health problem, I was welcomed into the facility, info was taken and almost right away called for treatment. I was cared for by two red haired angles! After a short period of time my problem was taken care of and I was discharged. I highly recommend this care facility if you are visiting the area as I was!"
"Brought my son in late on a Monday night with a case of croup. He is 6 years old and autistic, and has sensory issues with things like medicine taste and the breathing treatment given for croup. The staff here were very understanding and treated us with care and professionalism. Everyone was very kind and we were in and out in just a couple hours."
"Single handedly the least compassionate and neglectful staff I have EVER encountered at a medical facility. No covid test despite having several symptoms. I'm unable to breathe and yet my lungs "sound fine" so they sent me on my way. The doctor that saw me couldn't even bother writing me up antibiotics or a prescription nasal spray. I was advised to go to CVS and pay $30 for OTC instead. Ridiculous. Go anywhere but here."
