"Incompetent shyte show. After 1 week of class decided this school was not it. Withdrew. spoke to advisor, the bursar anyone who would listen to get the bill for the week attended. At least 2 emails, 8 phone calls and 1 in person visit and no one was able to provide the bill only give an estimate of what they thought the bill would be. Then 3 months later a letter from debt collector, this place is a scam and have no qualms to damage your record. Stay away if you can."

"They get you in, get your money for the application and fasfa fee and then do absolutely nothing else to help you. Fake friendly faces until it gets to finances. Frances Block in the Fasfa department was unprofessional. Rebekah in counseling also very curt and unhelpful with finances. Not understanding You better have all your money up front the first day of the semester. If anything, very rude and no empathy! Might as well go somewhere else for your education, that’s what I’ll be doing. Cancelled my application"

"I am very disappointed with the Financial Aid department at Keiser University. I worked with Taniesha Whittaker in order to apply for a Pell Grant and Loans. At the beginning Ms. Whittaker told me that I needed my 2015 taxes, sign a promissory note, and call my previous school to stop them from requesting my loans. As I handle each task, I kept Ms. Whittaker informed. Since then, I was going to class every day for four months until I had to move back to Georgia. After moving to Georgia, I was contacted by Ms. Whittaker with an urgent request to handle my financial aid paperwork. I was confused because we have handled all the request from previously. Once again, I signed all the doc and moved on. I later decided to check on my funding only to find out that my loan was not in nor applied to my financial plan. I was totally caught off guard. I confronted Ms. Whiitaker with my concerns only to be greeted by voicemail's and left messages. I spoke with another financial aid rep who told me that she could put in my loans and all would be taken care of; which was not the truth once again. After getting the run around I called Taneshia again, instead of talking, she sent an email saying she told me to stop my previous school from requesting my loans and it is too late to receive my loans. Now, how upsetting is that? I handled all my business only to find out at the last minute that I can't get my loans. And there is no resolution. I honestly feel that Taneshia wasted my time for four months and if there were any compilations of my loans, she had plenty of time to keep me informed. P.S Ms. Whittaker also lost my book receipts and is trying to charge me for books that should pay for my Voc Rehab."

"There two college i can't decide. But i will decide when i am in 12th grade . Southern college and keiser university. This is a big decision because i really want to be come a doctor but i don't know what college to go to."
