"I bring my 2yr old grandson here and we love it! It's a great place for him and I to have special time together each week, and it's been nice to get to know other families in the area. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and nurturing and he loves when I tell him we are going to Gymboree. I can't recommend it enough, I'm so glad we found this place!"
"Gymboree has been an absolute gem for our family! From the very first day we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff, especially Amanda, has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our journey with Gymboree began with our little one, Ian, in the crawlers class, and it's been a joy to watch him grow and develop in such a supportive environment. The classes are not only fun but also educational, promoting social interaction and motor skills in an engaging way. Ian absolutely loves Gymboree and meeting new friends! The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. I can't recommend Gymboree enough for parents looking for a fun and enriching experience for their children. Thank you, Gymboree, for making our time in Orlando so special!"
"We aren’t local but have visited this location several times while visiting family in Orlando. Our 18 month old loves the class and all the teachers. We wish we had one by us but we like that there's an option to use drop in class passes to attend when we can! We have a trip planned in a few months and can’t wait to come back!"
"We were members at Gymboree from the month they opened and loved it. However, under new management this location went downhill fast and is not inclusive for neurodiverse kids. We paused our membership for a few months after my son was attacked by another student and the staff did NOTHING about the situation. The manager called today and said we would be permanently cancelled if we didnt return immediately. We explained that our son was in the first few weeks of therapy for his invisible disability and we just wanted a few more weeks for him to get comfortable, especially after his bad experience at the last class. She immediately cancelled us. Extremely disappointing in this day and age to not be able to manage students in a class safely and to not welcome neurodiverse kids."
"I have to agree with a comment regarding their sick protocols. They allow pretty much everyone to attend even when they’re sick (nose dripping, coughing, sneezing, you name it). It’s supposed to be no more than 10 kids per class but they’ve allowed more than 10 kids to attend which was VERY chaotic. The class is not structured and I feel like my child wasn’t learning anything. There’s huge turnover among teachers, they’ve lost some good people. Main reason for leaving this place for us was Miss Aimee. She was very aggressive towards my child several times. It’s okay to discipline a child but you should do it a nice and kind way. These kids are only 2-3 years old."
