"It is difficult to reach someone at this office. I requested to reschedule my daughter's appointment. I called several times, a month in advance. No options given. It is not possible to have it rescheduled because there are no cancellations. Finally, the day of the appointment I woke up at 0530 and traveled for more than 1 hour. I got there at 0818 and the appointment was for 0800. I called 4 times even after 0800 to tell them I was stuck in traffic because there was an accident in Flamingo. No one answered. My appointment was cancelled when I got there. They only had 1 patient in the lobby that could have been seen first and we could have been switched. I just think they should be more accommodating and caring, if they work with children. I regret having to wake up my daughter up so early and traveled so far for nothing. I am always punctual but could not control the situation with the accident on the road. And I missed my morning at work. I am a nurse and a parent. It's not easy to make all the arrangements and try to put everything together for nothing. But I know the human aspect is not important in this country."
