"Scheduling appointments and getting great service for my daughter USE to be so easy, but in the last 6–8 months some decisions were made higher up and this has become a nightmare and no one seems to listen or care about the impact that it is taking on the families. I have called the CEO’s office only to be dismissed. I got assigned to a doctor that is only in the Hollywood office on certain days and they will not allow you to change doctors to suite the needs of the patient. Then I got an appointment that’s 2 weeks away. If you go to the hospital or ER it’s great! But if you have a medically needy child and need to see a doctor because your child is sick, but don’t need to go to the ER, their doctor’s office are not the place to go. And keep your concerns to yourself because no one is going to do anything to make it easier for you during an already difficult and stressful time."

"All the staffs there are friendly they greets you politely when they enters your room and introduce there selves .Rooms and bathrooms are kept clean and small clean. They makes your stay feels comfortable."

"I’ve been here a little before 8pm and it is now 3am. I’m still here with my daughter!!!!!!!! 8 hours at the hospital(and counting)?!!!!! I’m so aggravated!!!!"

"I came here Three hours ago with my 6 months old daughter because she has fever, congestion, runny nose and goopy eyes. The resident came over an hour ago. He ordered COVID and flu test, and he wanted the nurse to suction her nose. It’s been more than an hour and nothing has happened. Still waiting for the nurse who is supposedly too busy. As per the resident “they are understaffed and asking for more resources feom the local politicians”. I’m used to go to the Miami Children’s Urgent care at Miami lakes and it takes time but in approximately 1-2 hours im out with results and everything. ( they told me here it takes 24 hours). Sadly I moved to Hollywood recently and that Urgent care is too far now. Considering the experience I rather drive. Please AVOID if you have the choice. For a children hospital emergency department the service is unacceptable."
