"Worst school ever don’t take your child. They don’t have any staff and they over charge by $100 dollars 0 stars if I could. They leave your children in dirty diapers and they didn’t feed my child. They also want $300 a week for poor quality care. My baby drinks up to 8 ounces at a time they only gave him 3 to 4 ounces at a time"
"We took a chance on this daycare with high hopes of it working out. The director was very kind to us and seemed like a wonderful woman. Unfortunately, after three days of our 2 and 1 year old boys attending San Carlos Learning Center, we knew it wasn't meant to be. Communication with the caregivers was extremely lacking and difficult, my newly potty trained 2 year old came home completely soaking wet two out of three days they were there, they wrote on my children's clothing and blankets without asking and they didn't even write the correct name on my 1 year old's clothing. We really did not get the loving or caring feeling we needed in a daycare for our children. When we walked in to pick up our children during nap time on the third day, it looked like one of the 2-3 yr old caregivers had fallen asleep at the small table in their play room. Proper attention was not provided and we feel this daycare does the bare minimum to care for children. The quality of care may have improved if I would have given them more than three days and complained, but I did not have a good feeling about my children going there and needed to get them out as soon as possible. There is also a $100 admin fee and after only three days of attending this daycare, they would not provide a refund."
