Watching our 10 year old find her niche with the guidance of her guitar teacher has been an amazing experience for both her and us (parents). We started this spring and her transformation is unbelievable in 8 months. We have increased our number of weekly lessons and making that possible was easy scheduling wise. Her guitar teacher has a well thought out lesson plan with a reason for everything he teaches. He also takes requests from us to teach her our favorites, too. Her teacher recently introduced her to the drums - a big hit! In her first 2 lessons she was able to hold a beat and play along with her teacher keeping perfect time. Our daughter is learning musical skills she will have for a lifetime as well as gaining a new level of self confidence.
