"The customer service there is terrible. I got hung up on. The patient is doing rehab and he's handicapped and incontinence and they will not do his laundry. He's been there for a week, supposed to be there 2 weeks. He has no family. Spoke to the supervisor named Jody and she hung up on me, very unprofessional."

"Recently, I was a patient at PAM in Jupiter for a week. They were outstanding. Every single staff member was caring, responsive and kind. The food was certainly adequate and I had little to no appetite, so unfair to judge. They do push the therapy. Maybe more than necessary, depending on why you’re there! The Therapist are fabulous and well trained, but at times I just said no and they were less aggressive in this area and worked with me at a slower pace. I was not there for a post surgical procedure, or a problem that needed re-training in a particular therapy. I would definitely recommend and return myself! Excellent care!"

"On January 5th,+q1 I had sucessful neurosurgery on my lumbards. This was an operation I should have had years earlier. The Cleveland Clinic Case Manager was giving me mixed signals as I was determining which rehabilitation center would best serve my needs. The top center in Stuart had rave reviews and was 30 minutes from our home. However, the case manager saId she could not guarantee me one of the six spots that would be open the next day - very odd. My surgery, with Dr. Stoev, and the superb care I received at Cleveland clinic demanded an equally outstanding rehabilitation center experience. I chose PAM of Jupiter an hour from our home. The Cleveland Clinic case manager said I could transfer from PAM to top rated center in Stuart early in my time at PAM, odd again? As it turned out the highly qualified and skilled staff at PAM was just what I needed. My care was exceptional, as good as Cleveland Clinic. The food was even better!!!! I know little about the Great rehabilitation place in Stuart, but no thanks to my Cleveland Clinic Case Manager, God put me precisely where I could be best served. From January 10th to noon today (6th) I had the privilege of expediting my healing and rehab via the highly talented and skilled, doctors, and therapists (occupational & physical). I went from a patient (division 1 football player United States Naval Academy Class of 1974 grad) thinking rehab was unnecessary to an informed and converted good patient that thrived under the fine care I and the other patients at PAM Jupiter all received. I learned so much from the care teams during the day and night. Maria, G.O., and their counterparts worked me hard doing exercises I used when rehabbing for my two artificial hips. I was surrounded by care each and every moment of my stay. I learned exercises that will strengthen my core while putting little pressure on my recent surgical lumbard repairs. If I ever need rehab again PAM of Jupiter will be my choice!!!!! I have had neurosurgery at Pat Sajak, hip replacements at Pat Sajak, open heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic, and I have final neurosurgery repair to schedule soon with Dr. Stoev. All of my care has been outstanding thanks to the Great Physician - Jesus Christ!!!! PAM of Jupiter got a very dedicated customer with my superb treatment this week. I highly recommend PAM Jupiter. I saw how they care for their patients in their rooms, in theraphy, and in general. I was touched by what I saw!!!! I highly recommend Cleveland Clinic and PAM Rehabilitation Hospital Jupiter!!!! ."

"The nursing, techs and physical therapy are great. The administration at this place case managers and if they even have a doctor need to go back to get some serious training. My mother was discharged today even after I protested for 4 days she needs more care. I picked her up and 2 hours later had to call an ambulance she couldn't breathe. Thanks for almost killing my mom she has been admitted to a hospital with a major blood clot in her lung and severe dehydration."

"From the initial entry to Pam, the health rehab center was completely disorganized. They are understaffed and unresponsive. We were very disappointed with our stay. We would ring for nurses and they wouldn’t come for at least an hour. The nursing station had buzzers going off unanswered all the time. PAM rehab just did not care. We notified the patient care advocate about this. We were very uncomfortable leaving my father there without his aid or a family member. We knew he would not get tended to. We are thrilled to have him home where he can be watched more carefully. I would not recommend this place or ever send him there again?"
