"At first I was unsure about the program. After waiting for them to contact me for over a month I was finally able to get in touch with them myself. I was given the number of a woman named Erica who was going to be the coordinator. She stated my sons dr gave her the wrong contact information for me... ok whatever I let it slide. After that things seemed like they were looking up. I took my son to the evaluation where I was told they had 30 days to find him a provider. After that I never heard anything else. So after 2 weeks I contacted them. Erica told me she should be hearing back from a provider by the end of that day and then she would contact me. Of course she never did. As the 30th day approached I messaged Erica again asking what was going on. Then she was a little rude with me stating that she told me she would call me when she found someone. Which is not at all what she had originally told me. So on the 30th day she finally said she found someone and that the therapist would contact me. The therapist contacted me the following day and made an appointment for 10:00 AM on a Monday. At 9:30pm!!!!! Sunday night she texted me to inform me that she had to reschedule for 1:00 Monday instead of 10am which I was fine with considering I took the entire day off from work anyway. Then at 12:30pm on Monday, 30 minutes before the appointment she texted me again canceling and said she would call me that evening to reschedule, she never called. The following day I messaged her and asked when we could reschedule. At that point she told me the coordinator would be in touch with me. So now I still have no idea what is going on. They only provide service until 3 and my son will be 3 in March. They have dragged this process out so far that now they won’t have to give him service at all!!!! I’m extremely upset with the way this has played out."
