"Wow. I was shocked, how good the service place was. Clean. Workers smiled Ky was sunshine. Someone listens. I’m not a Karen but used to be a regular at chipotle until the staff seemed like being held hostage. Wow very refreshing. Please keep these employees. Great experience. Thanks."

"Got a veggie bowl and while I was eating found a piece of red plastic the size of a €25 coin, didn’t have time to take a picture because I was on my break lunch at work and need it to go back and get my money back. They also try to say that I got it at another chipotle location when the same person that was in front charge me for the bowl. They offer to give me another bowl but I refused because all the food is probably contaminated!!"

"Had my burrito made by the same girl someone with the user name "Lookatme productions" in the reviews here posted a pic of and complained about. My complaint is this has to be the smallest burrito I've ever received from Chipotle. Ever have a tough time chewing through the tortilla because it's been wrapped around almost 3 times over? Me neither, until now. Never eating here again."

"Not cool kid! This kid clean the food area by dumping the food back in the containers to serve it to the public when I called him out on it. His response was we wipe it down anyway. I don’t know if you’ve seen what they used to wipe down surface areas but that made me sick to my stomach. Just thinking about it. Let’s just say I didn’t get any lettuce and I didn’t want him to touch my food."

"TO ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!! BEWARE We ordered chips and guac, and lo and behold... we found a piece of meat inside of our guac. We are disgusted from this food contamination and are worried for our health. Who knows how long that piece of meat was sitting in there....we are never going back again. We have heard about Chipotle's bad rep with food poisoning and health and safety issues...but we decided to give it a try. We wanted to play it safe with chips and guac, and now not even that is safe. Never again! You can bet we will tell others about this."
