JJ Cafe

"Go to Jetway cafe down the street for good food which is what I did after I left this hole in the wall . If I could give it zero stars I would. The hot chocolate taste like hot tap water and the edges of the cup was dirty. The elderly couple next to me ordered an egg salad and called the waitress back asking why the egg salad looked discolored with an odor the waitress said “ oh yeah it looks bad” took the plate didn’t wash her had and placed new bread in the toaster for the new plate she would serve the lady. The manager was sitting at another table with his phone got up and started shaking out rugs in the kitchen when the food station was and after used a cloth to wipe the cutting board area. I didn’t not order food I was disgusted and I immediately left. This restaurant hygiene techniques are totally disgusting."

"I’m a local and tried this place for the first time. We ordered carry out. I ordered the south western scramble and it was one of the most disappointing breakfast dishes I have had in a long time. Both the sour cream and spinach sauce that are supposed to come with it were missing and the whole thing was swimming in a super wet greasy pool of liquid. A total waste of $15 as it’s going right in the trash. The only reason for 2 stars is the other meal (biscuits and gravy) while nothing amazing was not as bad. I doubt I will be returning after this disappointing experience"

"Absolutely love this place! the service is remarkable! Momo is an awesome server who made you laugh the whole time and made feel like you are a part of the family. The size of the portions are huge and there’s lots of options for everyone in the family. Will definitely be coming back specially with it being so close to home."

"I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast. I ordered my steak medium well and when it arrived the steak was cooked well done. I figured I’d call the facility to let the know only because I truly do not like my steak well done or else I would of let it go and ate it. When I spoke to the manager she has the audacity to tell me that she bagged the food herself and that the steak was cooked medium well. I truly didn’t like her comment because that was not the case.- don’t lie and make your customer feel uncomfortable. I was so thrown off. Attached you will see what a well done steak looks like for your reference. I won’t be ordering from here again- not because the food taste bad or because it was over cooked but because of her comment. Completely uncalled for and unnecessary."
