"I’ve been a loyal Pura Vida customer for years, the food is 10/10 but the service is where I feel this location lacks. Every time I go, I am there for no more than 30 minutes and I get approached at least 5-7 times by different staff. It’s annoying, and it doesn’t allow people to enjoy their meal. I was approached by someone handing me their Google review card to leave them a review with their name on it, but they didn’t even personally serve me so what is that about ? Additionally a gentleman that appeared as a manager told me and my friend to leave a table of 4 so that a family could have it. We had no problem doing so but 2 minutes after we left the table, another couple took it, so what was the point of asking us to leave ? Overall, please work on leaving us alone while we’re eating, don’t approach customers more than 1 time and don’t hand out review cards if that particular person didn’t serve us."

"This is one of the best places for healthy eating in Florida. We have been to plenty of their spots in south florida. All the food is delicious if you like a quick healthy bite. There are natural options for vegetatioans, vegans and people who eat meat. The salads are out of this world! Vinnagretes are awesome. The coffee is soooo good!"
