"This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the area, I stop in this one every now and then, when the one near my house gets too full in the mornings on my way to work. Today was that situation, and the kid taking my drive-through order I don’t know if he was high or what, but he asked me three times how to do my order, which was simple enough… iced coffee, no cream, no sugar. I repeated this to him three times when I get to the second window after paying, the girl handed me a sugary coffee with cream. I told her I wanted it black, she rolls her eyes at me, slams the window shut and makes my coffee. When she reopens the window. She says with a snarky attitude you know you have to tell him if you want it black , you have to tell him no cream or sugar. I told her I told him three times, and she just said OK and slammed the door on me again. Terrible service, and the coffee was burnt to top it all off."

"As with most modern McDonalds the service is sub par. The only reason the food is good is the standard set by corporate. They do not even give refills on COFFEE. Long lines, no one taking orders. Would not come back to this store."

"They take absolutely forever here. The order didn't come out all together either time I was here once in evening and again in the morning before flight left. Food comes out and they forget the drinks and the staff is very confused on the drink orders. They had cleaners power washing the exterior the night before and the restaurant itself is very clean."

"I don't typically do reviews on fast food places, especially McDonalds. But I will make an exception here. There are three different McDonalds near my house. I can say this location is the best. In another place, the drive-thru line is constantly long. The service time is slow. The staff taking your orders is rude and totally unprofessional. Nine out of ten times, you will not get what you ordered. I find none of those things happen to me during my visits. The drive-thru typically only has one or two cars in line. I get to order my food quickly, and they actually got my orders correctly. The staff waited on me and serviced me with a smile, which you wouldn't find in other places. I can keep up the good jobs they are doing, maintain the high quality of service, and not fall into the dark place like the other two."

"I eat uber always at night, but the staff of some establishments are too rude. The person you see there threw me the order when I told him that was my order. I don't want to cause controversy with this, but in most cases I've received free racists from afro people, I don't know if for being latino or for what reason, but you should better recruit the people who are going to work with you so you don't damage your image."
