"Honestly it's too many times I've been here because I ordered thru the app for them to tell me they only have nuggets and I can't place another order for hours because they fail to cancel or mark their location as closed. I'll never come back here again. It's ridiculous. And with this location being so close to the beach, hotels and the airports, like do better. I've had enough. I'll try another restaurant totally because it's not even making sense that y'all open 24 hours or tell customers that. It's a failure on management because the inventory is really lacking."

"I placed an order for an ice cream cone, waited in the drive-through queue, and heard the cashier and other employees gripe about their jobs out over the speaker for everyone to hear! When I got to the payment window, nobody appeared for ten minutes. When a cashier finally appeared, he informed me that he believed I had already paid. I agree it sounds and looks very funny BUT it is still very strange behavior. As a result, I never received my order back. Now a little logic and law. Why is this button there? And if access is open, why is the toilet closed? Okay, let's say. But why is the paid order captured!!?? This is definitely not something that can be explained. "This is the most garbage McDonald's I've ever been to in my life... currently two cars back from getting my order. Been waiting for for 27 minutes so far. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I ordered. So it's taking approx. 6 minutes per order. There's another McDonald's in Broward that doesn't suck nearly as much. I've never seen a slower, more lazy employee at McDonald's location in the entire world."
