"Worst customer service experience ever. Got our order wrong on 2 separate occasions. When we came back and asked the staff fix our order, they refused to assist us and had horrible attitudes. There were other customers there who had received wrong orders as well. The staff didn’t want to work and provide any kind of service to paying customers. Would not recommend at all! Hope corporate sees this review!! Very dissatisfied!!"

"Horrible customer service! 2nd time they got my order wrong. Employees had attitudes. Disrespectful and never solved the issue. Employees messed up my order and tried to argue with me instead of fixing their own mistakes. Will never recommend or go back."

"Place is terrible. I know, they are hiring teenagers. I told a person who took my order five times what pizza I want and she was able to screw up the order. I ended up getting refund and getting Pizza in a different place. I said five times Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple. she skipped the hawaiian and gave me just cheese and pineapple didn’t put any sausage. I’m not sure why. just find something else there’s tons of good places around Hollywood."

"Extremely rude “manager” woman who didn’t want to give me her name for this review and for my email to corporate offices of Pizza Hut, this is the second time I have called this specific location and have had order issues and promises that they will take care of it and they are liars I will make sure this “manager” woman is humbled by helping her get FIRED from a position where she is supposed to help the public. Disgusting appalling insulting! Promise to make sure she doesn’t cause anymore harm!!"

"They took my order processed and my cc payment, said my delivery would be here in 30 minutes. After waiting a hour I finally called to and they told me my order was canceled because my phone number was invalid.... well how are u talking to me on this phone number then??? The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional... some people.. I ordered from domino's instead. Oct 1 2023 620 pm"
