"I placed a mobile order today, and when I got there, I provided the staff the code. This made for an extremely terrible experience. She replied that the order I placed was not with her. She refused to check it again when I requested her to. I had to place another order, and when I did, she kept the first one and stated she had just seen it. When I requested her to double check, why didn't she do it? I requested a refund but was unable to get it after wasting money twice. squandering food and money twice over."
"I’ve never had such bad, dry, and old food served to me at McDonald’s then I have at this restaurant. It’s so bad it makes me never want to go back to McDonald’s again. Maybe I should be thanking them for that, but it was really horrible food. The attitude of the counter staff was so bad I didn’t even want to go take the food back, so I just threw it out and left."
"I really had a bad experience today because I ordered a mobile order and when I arrived I gave the code to the staff. She said she didn’t have the order I placed. I asked her to check it again and she didn’t do it. I had to order a second time and after placing the second order, she kept my first order and simply said she just saw it. Why didn’t she do it when I asked her to check again? I wasted money twice and I wanted a refund but couldn’t. Spending money twice and wasting food."
"People there act like they don’t want to work u say your order they mess it up and u have to wait all over again in line. Better Night Shift staff need to be hired. Service may be quick but best believe you will be missing something or it will be messed up!! Pre tip cook the food how u would want yours made. Ordered a sandwich couldn’t even eat it the meat taste rubbery as hell. Wouldn’t Recommend"
