"I'm gonna start saying I've always loved BK... this particular store, Stirling Rd, next to I-95, has been going downhill little by little... I understand the food is never gonna look like the TV commercials, but you can feel the lack of willingness while preparing the burger... even, I might think the rate is a little high than they deserve, but as I said before, I love BK and I hope this starts to change... at least in this store..."

"Today my partner and I came to have breakfast and we ordered two combo number seven for breakfast and the person who served us made a wrong order, he did not add the potatoes and he did not add the orange juices. Additionally, the place has a very bad attitude. No, it's not nice, I don't recommend it, the worst Burger King I've ever been to in my life, bad service."

"Hey, do you want to know what would be really great? If your night crew actually wanted to show up to work and DO some work. Especially if they’re getting paid to do so. Every time I come to this particular location, which is always within their scheduled hours, they are NEVER willing to take my order. They barely even acknowledge the people in the drive through when they start pulling in. I’d say the service here is consistently horrible, but then again, there is no service to begin with. If you don’t want to work nights, don’t work nights. —> End of story."

"This location exceeded my fast food expectations. Normally, you order a sandwich (any ff, any chain), and it is a pathetic presentation of what is in the ad or driver thru image. This one was almost perfect. My son got 2 bites in and insisted we post to recognize them. It really was fresh, full of the toppings it should have, and an almost picture-perfect replica of the images. Kudos to them! We ordered through the app, when we got there, went inside and person at front immediately greeted and when I told him it was app oder, he went right to get the food, made sure we had all sauces requested, asked if we needed anything else, then thanked us for our order. Seems like many people had issues with drive-thru, etc, but this was my experience today."
