"Food tastes different from location to location. No complaints, but I prefer the chicken soup at Pine Island and Sunrise. This one was a little salty for me, but very good, great value for the money."

"immediately uncomfortable the guy was staring at me in a very uncomfortable way. He walked from the back approached me very closely and then begin to stare. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. The women on the phone avoided me and almost wouldn’t take my order. I will never go back to the this place and of course I was the only Black/African-American in the restaurant. Kind of speaks volume based on their behavior"

"I have been eating at various La Granja all over South Florida for years. The food is always good. This review is not about the food at this location but the service. I ordered my combo meal and did not ask for plantains but wanted a salad with no onions or tomatoes( just lettuce). When I got my food, the amount of lettuce was so small that I asked for more. Every other La Granja always takes care of me. The employee told me that's all I get and if I want more, I have to pay for it! Well, I was nice and told her that the amount of lettuce she gave me did not make up for the lack of plantains, tomatoes, and onions. She said " no" and told me to go to the register to pay. I did not and walked away. How cheap is this La Granja? Ruined my meal. I usually go to the Pines Blvd location, but I made a mistake going to this one. Terrible service. I even tipped them, which no one does at La Granja."

"Smelled delicious on the outside so we wanted to try it out. Inside it was a regular fast food restaurant like a pollo tropical or KFC except they use real utensils. This seems like a Peruvian restaurant due to the menu items. Was disappointed at the inka kola soda I ordered cause the can was dirty. I ordered the green noodles with beef, my mom ordered regular sautéed noodles with beef, my sister got the lomo saltado (skirt steak). For sides we got fried plaintains (mislabeled as fried bananas) and garlic potatoes. Menu look fancy but was hard to order since the screen kept changing and they didn’t offer a paper menu except for the one sample menu at the register. Later we found paper menus by the door on a side table on our way out. Our meal cost $20 a person not including dessert. My sister says that the quality is better in other franchises so I guess there is a quality control issue. None of us could finish our meal cause it was so bland, soggy and overcooked."
