"They stole my money and is deleting my reviews the general manager stole my money on 2-4 2024 tried to hand me cash but if she didn't process the transaction then I wouldn't have been hungry when I left I ordered a beefy 5 no bean grilled I was making a split payment I handed 3.30 to the manager who then told me to use my card and when I did it took 3.17 for a 4 and some change order the manager looks at the machine and tells me I owe 1.49 still I said give me my money back after arguing and trying to explain it 15 different ways and turns out it was the general manager and has since tried to have me arrested and tried to have me banned from the property yall cussed me out and threatened me on the phone not the other way around I want my 3.17 you owe me or I want that general manager placed in cuffs for theft I know I'm not the only person she done this to and she even admitted she didn't deduct the 3.30 for the total so when I left I was so hungry I walked around for hours now so broke couldn't buy a loaf of bread and peanut butter I was starving for 2.5 days after that I just wanted something hot to eat yet I got to starve all this cause I don't have a place of residence that's also discrimination based on someone's financial background and discrimination with someone with a disability I have TWS (Traumatic War Syndrome) and I keep getting treatment like I never served this country I watched my friends die so you can steal from me I don't think so either get me my 3.17 or I will start opening class action lawsuits against every company involved in the discrimination of me and my fellow vets I don't care about the drug addicts but the treatment of the 1% that actually seen combat will not be tolerated anymore matter of fact yall let dope fiends do whatever they want but you see a vet someone who you can tell has lived through the death and you treat them like they are worthless I see countless people giving drug addicts money for their drugs but when it comes to us vets yall will discourage us splash us and steal our money we will not tolerate this anymore I'm filling for a class action lawsuit against tacobell Outlaw Nation let's ride"

"I tried to order split payment and the General Manager didn't subtract the 3.30 cash and it charged my card for 3.17 she tried saying I owed 1.49 more for a beefy 5 no bean grilled wich is 3.99 before taxes this happened on 2-10-24 and I tried to handle today cause it being the weekend I had to wait for the corporate office today is 2-12-24 the transaction wasn't canceled and being a franchise the franchise owner can be fined up to 59k over 3.17 and loose their franchise I went into the store the Manager on duty said I had to handle it then there is no receipt but my bank record shows at 12:37pm est that 3.17 was paid to.Taco bell and when I called to get the franchise owners number I got cussed out by the Manager on duty don't they know that all tacobell phone calls are recorded and stored in the corporate office so no one go to this store until it's under better management well looks like I get to charge the general manager with theft considering they have stolen money from me and refused to refund me my money"

"I would choose a poorer rating if I could. We placed an Uber Eats order for chalupa boxes, however we never received what we wanted. To start with we received beef instead of black beans. You may therefore anticipate the implications for a devout vegetarian. Undoubtedly, since we've never eaten chicken, we consider beef to be sinful. We are horrified to realize that we have already taken a bite or two. Nothing else matters, yet everything—including our sides, extra toppings, and drinks—matched the order. If you're going to send everything else but that, I wonder why you let the consumer choose what he wants. Outraged. Upset. Furious. I'm hoping that management will handle this for us."

"Let me begin by saying that I gave the food a 3 star simply because when I order a been burrito, I know exactly what I'm getting and I get it. I enjoy the flavour and texture, as well as option of using whatever level of spicy sauce I prefer at the moment. However, this does not reflect the quality of the ingredients or healthy nature of the burrito. Having said that, the reason I'm giving Taco Bell a 1 star is because of the unbelievably long wait time. It took us over 25 minutes to order our 6 bean burritos. There is no reason that it should have taken the 5 cars ahead of us that long to place their order. It wasn't as though it was one car holding up the line, it took staff a long time to take each order. Perhaps it was one person taking orders, preparing the food and cleaning the bathrooms - I don't know. But, we were very disappointed in the long wait for what is supposed to be 'fast food'. If we wanted to wait that long, we would have gone to a real sit down restaurant. By the way, the visit was in early August 2023."
