"The burger tasted NOT like Burgerfi, maybe it’s airport branch. Quite disappointed since it seems more expensive than the regular one. The chicken tenders were yummy even though it didn’t look good."

"The crew in the kitchen should not talk about customers so loud we can hear them. The man in front of me asked the employee taking his order what came on the burger. The employee was a thin male with a I dont like my job disposition. His response was "it's on the board". The customer asked him to tell him anyway and his response was "Oh so you can't read?". Had the cheeseburger and it was good but I will not be back."

"The counter staff member that moved like a turtle yelled at my wife when she asked for missing items. The manager was on shift in the back, and she also laughed at the behavior. Owner beware not a good experience probably will never go back to this franchise called BURGERFI worse service of my entire 11 day trip! Go to Starbucks next door. It's a better choice! Items missing: Hashbrown Veggie breakfast sandwich 1 coffee."

"This situation was truly so sad to watch. They are understaffed and putting SO much work on the employees that actually are showing up. They need support and I guarantee they aren’t getting paid enough to deal with the wrath of airport clientele. I ordered from the self order kiosk bc no one was available to take my order. No problem. Except for it was printing white paper. So the huge line of people didn’t know what their number was. The staff were working so hard to please everyone and no one could be pleased because of the long wait and disorder caused by the management and lack of technological resources. I won’t be back to any burgerfi."

"Save your money and go to the Burger King in the same terminal. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger. The place didn’t have any customers besides me when I ordered. I got the burger after about 3 minutes and it was lukewarm. I should have looked closer before I ordered, but the burger doesn’t come with any sauce at all, it’s quiet dry. Cashier was very nice and pleasant, but paying roughly $13 for a JR bacon cheeseburger is pretty ridiculous"
