"The venue is stunning with a beautiful interior. Promoters on Thursday are super attentive. However, the staff appears lost, providing horrible customer service—walking around with attitude, screaming, and stomping away mid-sentence. Limited drink options made it challenging to order, settling for a disappointing piña colada. Once the staff improves, the place has the potential to be amazing. The DJ and vibes were perfect, and the hookah service, with coals added without asking, was excellent."

"TWIST THURSDAY at Bali Lounge was a WHOLE Vibe. The atmosphere the hookahs, music and drinks was awesome. My first time going with friends and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. May want to revamp the menu a little. Will definitely be back. I gave it a 4 cause I didn't try the food and my friends who did said they didn't like it."

"Ambiance was nice! Our guy server was good, but the young lady that made us get up because they had a bigger party waiting for seats was HORRIBLE! Even though we had paid our bill already, we were finishing our drinks! We left without finishing them and told her that she was wrong! The chicken wings were expensive and HORRIBLE...no seasoning and fried dry! The place is lovely and a vibe, but the experience wasn't worth the price we paid to be kicked out"
