"Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And I have been to quite a few. Everything was cold (we ate inside, so not a minute from serving), the bread tasted like old cardboard (go there, try it, you will see, it is not an exaggeration). The fries were cold. No napkins. No ketchup. I asked for ketchup in a packet maybe, nope, no ketchup. Still paid full price. Me and the person at the counter were unable to communicate in basic English. We left with $25 of food in the bin. So sad, and what a nasty place. Skip this one. There is nobody inside, you’ll see when you get here, for a reason."
"Easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I was doing Uber and chose to eat inside instead of my car. I ordered the food was cold. I was given one napkin and asked for extra ketchup they gave me two total. The condiments table was empty no napkins and the staff was pretty rude."
"This Wendy's is always clean, smells nice, has the freshest food & the nicest employees working here. I come here weekly with our family. We always get our food made fresh to order, it's never been sitting around or reused & heat back up. Delicious, fast, friendly & super clean."

"While I was purchasing food at this location, the cashier made me aware that they did not have the correct size supplies for the meal I ordered and therefore she would have to charge me more. I informed her that the businesses lack of supply would not be made my issue and she would not charge me more than what I requested; as a representative of this name brand it would be upon her to find an accommodating resolution. After carrying me through a few rounds of banter, the cashier FINALLY offered me a bottled water, which was the first sensible thing she stated since I started my order. After imposing that negativity, in the end, she gave me my food with the enlarged cup I refused to pay for rather than the bottle of water we agreed upon, (which I was looking forward to) by this point I had no more will or desire to engage with this associate and did not discuss the bottle of water further. However, I did feel the charade of pulling me into confrontation was even now all the more unnecessary if it wasn't being done for any principal, just simply a way of overcharging me. Needless to say I won't be back and as this was a second egregious incident at a Wendy's franchise, I doubt I'll gather anymore taste for the eatery."
