"Wanted to get soup and biscuits for my daughter, looked at menu online! Decided to get lobster bisque! Came in was told they no longer sell it so I opted for NE Clam chowder! Paid my bill with a $10.00 gift card and cash. Manager had to do the closing of the check. Minutes later I was told they were out of NE Clam chowder! I then opted for seafood stuffed mushrooms to which I said I do not want to pay extra! Jennifer at the bar was very gracious. Another server took my order and kept the tip! I told Jennifer this! Upon leaving I looked at my check and saw that only $8.99 was taken off when I had a $10.00 gift card! Came directly home, the biscuits were all pretty much mashed, not plump and fluffy! The taste was fine! The mushrooms were so so! Needless to say I will Never go back. I was at the Hollywood, Fl location on Oakwood Blvd! Oh, another thing, the online prices are lower than inside ordering! Menu needs to be updated! While there it seemed chaotic and a couple servers seemed stressed! Idk!"
"The food was okay. The shrimp tacos had good flavor. In general, it is expensive for what it is. We had to wait around 10 minutes for a host to greet us and take us to a table when the restaurant had about 20% occupancy. The only reason that I go to Red Lobster is because my aunt is convinced that it is her favorite place, and it was her birthday."
