"Ordered a delivery order with the taco bell app which was delivered to the wrong address. The number for the driver did not work. Called this location and spoke to a woman that told me to call uber but wouldn't listen that I ordered through taco bell. I asked for a resolution and even wanted to pick up the ordered remade but she refused and just left the phone on the counter which she came back a minute later to hang it up while I was waiting for a response. Absolutely handled it terribly and just did not care about whether my family got food or if I get my money back."

"I ordered a delivery so I could have some Taco Bell when I got home. Door Dash FAILED! So I went to get my order and they explained. The three gentleman working (the two that I spoke with specifically) were incredible. They made up for what Door Dash lacked and I had a good end to a rough day.
