Litchi Delights

"Really glad a Litchi Snow Ice opened up on this side of Pines. Their boba is always fresh and their tea is the right amount of sweet. The owner, Ming is such a lovely person. He was kind enough to let us order even though we arrived a few minutes after closing. The place itself is a vibe :) We ordered the Passionfruit Greentea with Passionfruit jelly. 10/10"

"Customer service was very low level. The kid that was talking my wife order, picked up the phone in the middle of taking our order and started taking that person’s order and made my wife waiting for him until he finished with that call. We thought we better leave but because our kids were waiting for the drinks we decided to put up with it. At the same time on the other end of the front counter we saw a lady training a guy on how to cook noodles and she was very rude to him, I really think that guy will not come back to work here after been treated like that and she is doing it in front of all of us customers while we are waiting there! So bad!"

"Came for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon and they seemed to be busy. The young man that took our order seemed new and was not the most helpful or friendly person , but everyone else that I encountered was. This shop is fairly small, but they do have indoor and outdoor sitting. We ordered 2 boba teas and both of them were good. We also ordered a house seafood ramen and a house spicy pork ramen. They seafood ramen was about $16 and didn't not have much seafood. The pork ramen had big thick pieces of pork, but they didn't give me the chili oil to make it spicy and they were busy for me to come inside and ask for it. I personally was not a fan of the broth. They do make the noodles in house , but I wasn't a fan of the noodles they were a bit grainy for my taste. For dessert we went for the bubble waffle with powder sugar and cinnamon. They were ok , but it needed some extra sweetness to it. Overall I would come back to try something else."

"Great place! Staff is very friendly the poke bowl & sushi were delightful. Really enjoyed the caramel boba milk tea, could have a little more flavor but delicious none the less. You also receive a free 5pc veggie spring roll or boba tea with $30 purchase. They have a great reward system as well. Love will be back again."
