"Part 1 - About the Place: "Stumbled upon this gem located in a strip mall near Sawgrass Mall. Despite being in the west, the place had a clean and tidy ambiance. The staff was exceptionally helpful, addressing all my queries with honesty. A hidden spot worth discovering." Part 2 - About the Food: "Started the culinary journey with the spicy Chettinad lamb curry, exactly as ordered - spicy and utterly amazing. Paired it with Kerala parotha, reaching another level of taste. The biryani, the second best in the area, struck the right balance of spices, though one chicken piece felt a bit old. Papadam and chutneys on the side added delightful flavors. Overall, an incredible dining experience.""

"The most delicious and decadent food we have enjoyed in a long time. The vibrant colors and complex flavors are second to none. From appetizer to dessert there is no wrong choice on this menu. Our kids loved the butter chicken!! The service is phenomenal as well. Always friendly and make great recommendations if you’re unsure what to pick. I wish I could give Taj ten stars!"
