"We went out for lunch... The place was one of the worst... The girl in the front was extra rude when we couldn't hear her.. Then she took us to a boot we sat down the bench was completely wet.. (We discovered this only after we Sat... The waitresses was not nice and took forever.... She recommended clamp soop and salad...I ask for coke no ice... Of course only after I tasted it I discovered that it's Pepsi. For her answer it's the same... The soup was a white water... Never again"

"I went with a lady friend of mine to Red Lobster in the Fountains plaza Plantation and we went in the afternoon and we had a nice delightful server with a delightful smile and attitude and she attended to our table as well as a few others. She didn't rush us or push any food on us which is important because we are senior citizens and we KNOW when that happens and we are here to give the lady and her restaurant a 5 star rating. Her name is Kaila and she also is getting our compliment for being with a few other customers yet never missing our table or hearing us ask for a box and a bag from across the way as she would walk around with things for different tables but knowing what goes where. I always hope there are more Kaila's to wait on customers so I'm glad we got to have her attend to us and yes we left a nice gratuity as a minder of a job well done. We will also put a review on another site as well. Mostly we hope to make it back again. DR. F. and Ms. L."

"This was the 2nd worst dining experience of my adult life I remember. Told the person who seated us and the server Kelly we were pressed for time, and we were celebrating my birthday. I can understand if for some reason you dont want to say happy birthday. Maybe religious reasons or otherwise but no need to be downright rude and unpleasant. We all got the endless shrimp as we have multiple times before. Usually when they bring one course we can put in our request for another set each. We were rudely informed you cannot get any more food until your plate was empty. Multiple times. Even though we said we were pressed for time and were in a hurry, had other birthday plans. We were kept waiting exceptionally long in-between requests as we saw multiple tables around us getting multiple servings. Avery checked on us and made the experience tolerable. It was the worst birthday experience ever. Kelly rudely informed us they not allowed in the kitchen and couldn't tell how long it would take to get our orders. It was the worse service, or actually lack thereof from a place I usually enjoy going to. Ended up leaving without dessert, just wanted out after such a horrible experience."

"we had to call a manager. The server was barely apologetic, the staff said that I had an attitude when I called the manager to explain to her our experience. I’ve been a server for 5 years so I know how things work. The server complained about the hostess not letting her know that she was sat but they’re not busy at all. The least she could do is watch her tables like coke out every 5 minutes. I do appreciate that the manager gave us a discount for the inconvenience but as for the staff they need to do better. A server should’ve let her know that she was sat. Like there should be more team work. It was like she was in the back not paying attention. I just wish that she would do better. We did make sure to tip her because I’m a server/bartender and I know that’s how servers survive. I just wish that I had a better experience."

"Came for the endless shrimp. Had one of the worse service experiences of my life. Not sure why Kelly treated us the way she did. Maybe she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us. We're thankful Avery was there and was able to pick up Kelly's slack. He has a great personality. We won't hold her ill treatment and rudeness towards us against Red Lobster as a whole because we are longtime fans of the restaurant and we know what it's like to have a bad day. It's just sad because we had a friend visiting from out of state and now this is what we'll remember of this dining experience. He doesn't have a Red Lobster where he lives and was very much looking forward to this. We weren't expecting to be policed while eating shrimp to make sure we finish what we had on our plates before putting in another request. The kitchen was slow and it resulted in us stuffing our faces unnecessarily while waiting forever for another order to come out."
