"What happened?, As a faithful Golden Krust participant I was highly saddened when I went in to order my usual oxtail and rice dinner meal,and it was seriously bland. I should have left when I saw the white in the rice that was supposed to be peas and rice. Whoever's idea it was to cut corners ruined a whole faithful relationship. Looking for good well seasoned oxtail and rice. Anyone?"

"I had the food catered. $400+ I placed the order about a wk ahead of time. On the pick-up day I called to make sure order was ready. I've had food catered from Golden Krust before and was impressed with everything. The transaction was done over the phone so it was not until I went to get the food that I realized this was not the same restaurant that I used previously. Both the oxtail and the curried goat were disappointing in terms of flavor. The stew fish, snapper was great!. My main complaint, however was the packaging. Curry stains immediately on contact so restaurants are aware that the packaging has to be good and sturdy for travel. The curry dripped on our clothing and shoes even just getting it in the vehicle. I had already asked for a box and extra paper to place under the food, even that did not help the poorly packaged food. There was irreparable damage done! I will not return to this restaurant. If you get food catered be sure to make it clear that packaging has to be appropriate. If you're not satisfied when you arrive for the pick-up, do not leave with the order until you are."
