"All these years I have never tried Chipotle. So the first time I go they charged me for something I did not even order. I'm sorry but the food does not taste good at all. All the meats taste subpar and for a scoop of guacamole is ridiculously priced. Not a fan of this place. Update. I already did contact corporate because your store did not answer the phone and when they did they hung it up. Corporate sent me a free meal to satisfy the extra charge. But I really don't like the place anyways. Maybe I will try a different location to see if theirs a difference."

"As soon as I walk into location it is dead quiet, no music you hear the employees complain from the entrance of how many people are there. I ask a question and the girl at register responds like I should know they don’t have a product in stock. Every employee there acts like they don’t want to work. The entire store needs to do a training on customer service. Not a pleasant visit"

"I'm generally a fan of Chipotle but this store ruined it for me. I asked for brown rice but this started a fight between the server and the "rice cooker". This went on for several minutes while we all just waited and watched. Finally I stopped them and told them white rice is fine. I got my food and left. There was no ice for the drinks so I settled for a warm drink. Also the guacamole, which usually is outstanding, was missing some spices or flavors. Not sure who made it or what happened to it. Also the chips were stale probably left over from this morning or yesterday. This location needs some serious help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!!!"

"Staff is rude. No hello, smile or anything. The person just said "name?" At least put together a full sentence. I've gone here twice in the past month and the staff act like they're annoyed you're making them work. Burrito wasn't wrapped correctly. Fell apart and the chips tasted really bad. Had to throw them away"

"This chipotle been slipping hard.. always sold out of stuff. On the other hand the staff is super nice malik was awesome. When I went and food was as expected except they had no chicken, guac or black beans haha. They were sold out of chips as I left too admitly it was closer to 830 so take that for what you want. All in all mediocre service speeds and missing ingredients are consistent here, takeout is also a mess haha. The other one on pines out west is a bit better but thats for another time. Id recommend the one in davie or dania point. Both have been good to me haha timing is everything Id still come to this one but just know what to expect!"
