"Excellent customer service, John was polite and professional. Busy bee açai bowl was an excellent choice. Love this place ! 12/16/2023 Went in again today day and ordered 2 scotty bowls. Got home while eating with my son.. he felt like chewing on a rock, showed me . I called the store told them what happened and took pictures… we found more little black rocks. Not sure if we will get sick. They were in both bowls. I heard the employee talking to the owner of goji kitchen. They want me to send pictures to the owner or her llc."

"The kid named louis who works at the cashier is exactly why this location has lost my business. This is the 2nd time he has been rude and doesn't solve problems. They no longer have a way to scan loyalty or credit cards. Instead of taking my order he told me to send an email to hq. There are plenty of other juice spots that can resolve issues and provide service."

"The person who took my order was unfriendly and had no customer service skills. I ordered two smoothies and I have had both before at another location and they were made wrong. They tasted nothing like how they did before and threw both away. I will not being going to this location again and I suggest nobody else does either if you want a good goji to go to I would suggest the one in Plantation."

"I have ordered here pretty consistently for over a year. Recently they changed the sizes of their bowls and now they are almost half of the depth of the originals. It is noticeably less açaí (frozen or not) and the same amount of fresh fruit on top. The worst part is when I innocently asked when they changed their bowls, they adamantly denied it and said it’s always been that way. Meanwhile the entire staff is new as of the last few months and they claim I was wrong. Lost a loyal one today"
