"Worst Pizza Hut i have been to. Outside-HORRIBLE. Inside even worst. Girl in the front has an attitude on the phone and in person. deliver driver said something racist to me in Spanish and the manger offered fake empathy. Did not complete the resolution correctly and acted like he was doing ME a favor for his and the staff mistake. Then when i settled didn't realize he could still be heard because he did not hang up the phone . Both horrible service with Take out AND delivery"

"Just terrible. I called asking for help last night because the door dasher they sent me gave me the wrong food. The girl who worked last night was an amazing. She left name and number to call back in the but morning but I forgot to ask her name. So I call back this morning in greeted by a guy, I ask can I speak to a manager he tells me to wait on the like I say ok and wait just to be on the phone with people who said they couldn’t help me. So I call the store back and say hey you sent me to the wrong people because he tried to make it seem like I didn’t wait on the line and I did. He goes on to catch the nastiest attitude with me then hangs up in my face. Didn’t tell me when the manager might be available, he just said she’s busy call back. I work at a restaurant too and this is just meannnnnn. His name was frank, he needs a customer service class"

"Absolute garbage pizza. Not only did they burnt the cheese but it tastes horrible. It has a certain metal smell too! I have no time to go back to exchange this! They should decide for themselves if this is a pizza they would eat but noooo the employees over there said “good enough” Disgusting! La pizza no es bueno."
