"I gotta say the workers here are always kind, friendly and polite. I’ve had a few occasions where I ordered for the wrong location and they’ve been quick to cancel it for me at the other location and serve me quickly. The pizza is good, nothing amazing but it’s a pizza food chain with great prices so you get what you pay for. No complaints or bad experiences here. Even on a day they are extremely busy service is quick and they bring on the extra man power to keep pumping out food quick. They’ve got awesome teamwork."

"Last night ordered about $50 worth of food and everything was great accept my only veggie papa bowl. I absolutely hated it. Today I walked into store#922, where Zavier (General Manager) came to the counter and I explained my story while literally showing him that only one bite was missing. He then said no I can't return eaten food. I explained that I must take a bite to know if I like it and his response was this question, "you're going to buy something, eat it and ask to return it?" To which my reply was absolutely if the product doesn't taste good. Then Zavier asked me if I called last night? I said, "No" and then his reply was you can only get the freshness guarantee if you call. I explained I am standing in front of him with the entire Papa Bowl the next day and since I did not call, I can't exchange it for something else? He again said you must call the night of your order. I said so if I called, complained, then ate the whole Papa Bowl you would credit me. He just stared at me. I asked if this was a policy and he said yes. I asked him to show me the policy then he said that is the way we do it. Absolutely ludacris his logic and he lied about policy."

"Didn't realize I had a Papa Johns close to the house and next to Starbucks. Ordered online and was ready in less than 15 minutes. Got text message that my order was ready for pick up right out of the oven."

"Delivery driver knocked anemically on our front door, ignored the giant doorbell, looked inside our front window, knew he got no one's attention, and just left the pizza on the bench. Did not update the app to reflect the pizza was delivered. Every time I checked, it said the pizza would arrive in 3 to 9 minutes. I didn't even know he was there until I checked our Ring camera log. Called to complain, and manager blamed US for not hearing this anemic knock. Lost a repeat customer tonight."
