"I hate to write bad reviews. But word can’t express the way I feel about this place. First of all , they do not answer the phone, case manager will never get back with you. It doesn’t matter how many messages you leave. There was only a handful of helpful nurses at this facility. The nurse that performs dialysis doesn’t wear a mask. My now deceased mom phone, charger and orchid plant was stolen from this facility. I could understand if her phone was wrapped in between the sheets and taken to laundry. But for her charger to be missing too. It’s beyond fishy. I was then told that she never checked in with a phone. But she was transferred from select speciality with her phone and I spoke to one of the nurses while i was on the phone with her. I’m still waiting for the CEO to return my call. DO YOUR RESEARCH"

"The care here the staff gave 110%. The RT, PT, OT were always on time supporting me to get my mobility back, I even started walking and standing up on my own, I couldn't do that before. Dietary is great, everything is wonderful here. The nursing staff and Cnas are amazing. I would hiugely recommend this place to anyone who needs rehabilitation. Everything is wonderful, even the environmental staff my phone broke and they helped me fix it up quick. Problems here are even solved super quick by the patient services department. Thank you for all the great care in all areas."

"My sister is not Spanish, she’s in pain and continuously asked in English to the people in her room to please be a little quieter and they completely ignored her. Two staff members were in the room and they had just gotten off their shift. It’s too bad that common courtesy is not respected at this facility - for everyone! My sister doesn’t want to be there, she’s struggling, suffering and in pain. Please be kind, courteous and compassionate to all walks of life!"

Doctors, Nurses, CNA, Therapists are always attentive to the patient, provide compassion encouragement and care, and are total professionals in all they do. I rate this place a 10/10 for the services they prove patients. I don’t think there is any other hospital with such a ranking as this hospital in all of Florida. I am leaving content and highly satisfied."
