"I have lived next to this KFC for over 25 years and today was the worst food I have ever had from this place. The chicken tenders were completely dry and the mashed potatoes tasted like the cheapest box mashed potatoes you can taste with no gravy when it’s supposed to come with gravy. I had to call KFC corporate and complain about this specific store and they issued me a partial refund. I will never return to this KFC again or KFC in general because they are giving KFC a bad reputation."

"Day shift and food- expected, quick, warm. Night shift- horrible. I wish you would fire all of them they’re that bad. Every time I go they tell me they are making only tacos or only one item and are out of everything (this is at 9-10pm where things should still be made since they’re open for a couple more hours and have Uber Eats customers on top of drive thru). Tonight the lady waited to tell me they were out of tenders when I literally saw them behind her. When I pointed it out she went over there with no glove and put it in a box. The manager (lady with dreads sorry I got no names) she said we just got a couple more hours to make the lady who lied to me happy? Then while she was doing all this she held my credit card and walked around where I could no longer see her. is this allowed to bring people’s money and cards away from the register? I will never ever ever ever go to this location again and ESPECIALLY at night! Watch out here. Go drive to another location if you want the food and not feel like your credit card is being compromised."

"Lady that took our order was disrespectful and rushed us to order. " hurry and order". We asked for a meal from the tacobell side of the menu and when proceeding to order from the KFC side she told us that they closed the KFC half. Even though is was 11 pm when they close at 12 am. She then mentioned that they only had tenders, which was weird, considering they are a chicken establishment and out of the whole KFC menu they only had tenders. Our cashier through the drive thru was hurrying us up when paying for our food. She messed up our drink and having to deal with the attitude made us just take the wrong drink to leave as fast as possible. I see why this store is rated so low. Poor service and atmosphere is horrendous. It seems that from dinner till closing time the staff don't care about the service and the quality of their food. This is a management and team issue. No other KFC that we have gone to has performed so poorly. This store needs some close attention from KFC CORP. Don't keep employees that perform under expectations when all it does is hinder the stores reputation and revenue."

"Wow!! The BEST KFC experience ever!! The grilled chicken was grilled to perfection— I didn’t even need to add hot sauce!! The chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuit with honey were all pipping hot and fresh!! Jeremiah and your crew were the absolute BEST!! Oh and the soft drinks were measured to taste perfect!! The restaurant was extremely clean too!!"

"Really bad customer service! In fact, no customer service at all. I did the line on the drive-thru, when it was my turn I ordered barbecue sauce with my meal, the guy told me I had to ask the sauce at the window. I ordered the chicken extra crispy. When I reached the window I asked for the sauce and reminded them that the chicken should be crispy. He didn’t give me the barbecue sauce so I had to remind him twice. After I left the window, I checked the bag to make sure I had the sauce. Guess what, there was no sauce in the bag!!!! I parked my car and walked in to ask for the sauce. The was a senior guy in front of my trying to redeem a KFC coupon, but the cashier said they could not accept the coupon because that was a corporate coupon and they were a privately owned store. The senior guy left really disappointed. When it was my turn they cashier told me he needed the receipt to give the sauce, I showed him the bag they had just given me, but he said he needed the receipt. I walked back to my car to get the receipt, and when I got back he told me he had found the receipt and gave me the “barbecue sauce” I had ordered more than 7 times before. When I got home, the chicken was not crispy, almost raw, had flour on it, and the sauces he gave me were nit barbecue but KFC sauce, which I don’t like. I threw everything in the garbage and will not return to this specific disgusting KFC. Learn from Chick-fil-A"
