"Lovely flight School! Great Service! Every body there is very nice and helpful. Planes are well maintained! Would recommend!"
"Great Flight School! I have been to multiple locations all over the country, and this is the only one I have studied at that was able to keep its promise of flying every day, weather permitting. They have a great maintenance department that works on all the aircraft! I never worry about my safety. The culture and student atmosphere are diverse, with many people from every background. It definitely has a small school feel with large school opportunities!"
"Strongly suggest not going here unless you are white. I was there doing my multi and can tell you from personal experience it was a terrible decision and you’ll be better off going to an institute or somewhere like ATP. Racism will play a big part in your training here and you will be put last when it comes to priority. This includes scheduling - your choice of instructors - or even check rides. All of the white students get training and testing done in less than a month while Indian students have to wait 2 to 3 months or more just for a check ride with no explanation from management as to why. It is discouraging for future pilots to deal with this in such a progressive industry. Also the school cannot manage the students it already has but continues to bring in more by the dozen. With poor management, lack of coordination amongst one another, check rides backed up, continuous known scheduling issues, unwelcoming behavior within the building, racism faced by multiple students, I strongly suggest reconsidering schools until they are able to get their house in order. If you want a flight school that will respect your time and money, FFTC isn’t for you."
"The worst school you can go to if you are not white. Racism runs in their blood. The Germans get priority over everyone be it flight scheduling, housing or even checkrides. Indians have to wait for months for checkrides and Germans get it literally whenever they want. Also be ready to spend atleast 2.5-3 times more money than the quoted price (for real). The director of flight operations is egoistic and moody who will never understand your problems and she is there only to loot your money. I saw many of my friends repeatedly failing their stage checks just because the school wanted them to fail so they have to do extra training and give more money to the school (this is their main strategy). I was a student of this school and I seriously think that going to fftc was my biggest mistake."
"They held a "Let your kid fly a plane" day and what a great event! Very well organized, lots of really cool experimental aircraft. The kids actually got to steer the planes and every person there had a huge smile on their faces. Excellent event. They have them all over FL and quite often. Check them out!"
