"I meant to write a review last week when I was seen but I wasn’t feeling too well. I want to say how impressed I am with RAVE Venice. I wish I could remember the front desk lady’s name and also the intake lady’s name. They were SO accommodating. The front desk lady was so supportive helping me. She was trying to get approval from my insurance which took a while but she kept me in the loop and made sure that she did not forget about me. Also, the intake lady was also so compassionate. I was directed to wait after my CT scan. After about half an hour, she came out to tell me I was good to go. The compassion I felt from both these ladies was phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend this radiology group. Thank you SO much for your support, excellent service and superb care!"

"Today’s visit to the Rave facility here in Venice was a breeze. The lady at the desk who took my insurance information was very pleasant and professional. Then I was greeted by Samantha who does the mammograms. She is very caring. She was a ray of sunshine. She is new to the area and will be an asset to this facility."

I first arrived at the wrong office of RAVE however the office person there was very sweet and she lead me outside and got me directed to the correct building for my appointment. That to me, was over, and above the call of duty. Once I arrived at the correct office, the wait time was relatively short, I was taken back, and the procedure went very well and in a timely manner. "I’ve had several procedures at RAVE, in Venice. Every single person, from check-in, prep, procedure, post procedure and check-out is pleasant, friendly and professional. Every person takes whatever time I need to explain the process, answer questions and concerns and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. The check-in is handled in a very private manner which is very much appreciated. The online registration system is super easy and quick. Every person on staff makes me feel like the most important person they interact with whether I’m there early in the morning or late in the afternoon. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to go in for whatever procedure. I usually hate going to the doctor (that’s on me, not the doctor) but I always feel good after being there. Thank you, RAVE! You do a tremendous job hiring and keeping the best medical staff ANYWHERE!"
