Maya Flavors of India

"Before the pandemic this restaurant was thriving. I enjoyed many meals here. Unfortunately their chef was out of action for a while and the restaurant closed down and reopened with no explanation. This meant that a number of diners looked for alternatives. Now there are many other options for Indian food in the Boca Raton area, and Maya has fallen behind. The menu is over priced for what you get. Wait staff are very young and inexperienced. A relaunch and rethink of how to bring customers in needs to be done by management. There is no reason to think that could not become as successful as it previously was that and the restaurant could thrive again. If this is not done, I don't see how Maya can survive."

"My wife and I have been to well over 250 Indian restaurants in New York City in Austin, Texas and all over the country. This is one of the best of the not the best Indian restaurants we have ever been to. The food is amazing. It's extremely fresh. It lightens up your mouth. It brightens up your mouth. The service is fabulous. Everything is extremely fresh. I highly recommend it. Our waiter Mr. Hassan was incredible"

"Just ate here for the first time today. Had chicken tikka masala and garlic noon bread. It was amazing ! The staff was very friendly. Can't wait to come back. EDIT: My aunt were making this place a weekly thing. The last time we were in there the manager and waiter really acted like it was a bother for us to switch tables in an empty restaurant. The service was lackadaisical. Anytime we asked them for something it was like we were asking someone who just sat down on the couch to watch a movie. Listen, the food was good but it wasn't free. If you don't want my business don't worry, there are plenty of other Indian places in Boca. We both agreed we wouldn't return...."
