"You need to provide your employees more training on how to handle customers. placed multiple orders, but only received a partial shipment. I asked for everything and was told I had to repeat the line. Why? Do clients have to put up with the stupidity of your staff? My credit card was given to cover the lost goods. They stated they couldn't charge me at that window, but I wanted my entire order. If so, they may have suggested giving it away without charge. The nuggets were not given to my daughter. Instead, I drove to Chick-fil-A. You provide terrible service. Take action in this regard!"
"Like all McDs, their priority is the drive through, so if there's a line in the drive through, opting to go inside isn't wise. If you do go in you'll have better luck ordering from the touch screen kiosk. Food here is made to McDs spec and always pretty good."
