"An absolute waste of time, order my meal on the app for pick up. I get there and I have to wait five minutes add the intercom. (I’m the only person in the whole line.) When they come back, they tell me they’re not accepting card only cash. I tell them I have a mobile order, they say that’s not working either the system is down. I ask what I’m supposed to do then (I do not carry cash) they say “ oh well, just canceled the order then” I I did not yell I did not scream I did not raise my voice. I just drove all the drive-through and went on about my day I get to the red light and I pull out my phone to try and cancel the order only to get to the app to be told. I cannot cancel my order. So I call the store to ask them how to cancel orders on their app I am tall I don’t know how to do that. If you come to the store, we can give you a refund in cash. So in return I said, can I come to the store get my refund for my order then use the cash for that refund to buy the mail that I had ordered on the app and I was told we don’t have those. An absolute waste of time."

"The manager told me at night they supersize and charge you for supersize order.I told her I didn't order or want it. She took my bag and handed it back telling me she added an apple pie and gave me $2.Please look at my photo that I took after going home and looked inside the bag."
