"Experienced the worst customer service on two occasions. First: I filled my cup at the fountain. A man walks up to me and says “You need to drink that now before it flows over” as if I wouldn’t clean a mess that I created. He stood there, watching me and told me drink more. The guy at the register apologized for his weird behavior. Second: I went to purchase a kids meal. They were out of apple sauce and apple juice and didn’t want to substitute anything for me. She told me I would have to pay $6 for a kids sandwich with 2 pcs of meat. While making the sandwich, she began to make the sandwich aggressive and made the sandwich so sloppy. I walked off. Customer service is EVERYTHING, so you must watch how you treat people."
