"Just ordered here through doordash. I asked for cheese and bacon on my sandwich. They did not put either cheese nor bacon. The chicken was tasteless and the fries were not seasoned. It was very bland and lacked flavor and I am highly disappointed being that I spent almost $20. This Miami grill has officially lost my business."

"I haven’t been inside a Miami grill in years since I was a kid. This experience brought me back to my childhood when Miami subs used to be popular. I ordered a chicken sandwich that was chard and grilled to perfection that brought me back to my childhood days. The ladies at the service counter were super nice and welcoming. Bathrooms were super clean smelled like Fresh and clean as soon as you walk into the rest rooms. I’ll be coming here again."

"Unfortunately, I ordered some boneless wings and they looked like they were RUSHED and THROWN TOGETHER. They barely had the Mango Habanero sauce on them AND they weren't cooked thoroughly. The "SEASONED"fries were old & soggy. Looked out of "SEASON". I have pics! It's VERY concerning that someone would do that to a customer without feeling bad for doing it. Haven't received a call from the Store Manager regarding this serious issue YET. Over $40 worth of food from Miami Grill pretty much SCAMMED from me. That's what it feels like."

"Miami subs here is cleaned up and appears more comfortable and peaceful. I visited today and got excellent customer care from Jermaine and Alma. They were professional and respectful especially jermaine. The fish was fried to perfection and tasted great so was my pita sandwich it was tasty af. I guess my previous review may have caused some changes. I felt respected i was happy with my food. The wait was not too friendly took awhile but every bite was worth it. Exceptionally clean today, food was absolutely delicious and done properly."
