Wendy's 7025 North University Drive, Tamarac, FL 33321

"I just placed a mobile order and paid for it, bank statement to proove the payment. Pull up to pick it up and forst of all the drive through person either doesent pay attention oto what i was saying or her ear piece wasnt working but i had to keep telling her my order information. She then tells me she cant ind it and to pull up and the whole point of me going through the drive through was to not get out of the car. I pull to the side and she tells me my order is inside so i tell her i have my sick kid on the car i cant leave him there and she again tells meis inside, so i go inside and then the manager with her power trip tells me that my payment failed and im telling its shown on my bank statement it was deducted and she tells me that it will go back to my card in 2-3 days, to seipe my card again. What bothered me the moest was the lack of empathy from these women, they could have told me all that through the window. Customer aservice trhough the floor and we have to accept that cus is a fast food establishment? Also, the manager said this happens all the time, a lot of times like what the hell is this? so be carefull with this establishment, pay cash or make sur eyou have doible the funds you need to pay for your food."

"Mold stench permeates the aging building. An update is long overdue at this place. The food is only slightly heated. Workers attempt to evade the timer by tricking the sensor into believing the automobile has moved by utilizing a metal object. All in all, a farce; kindly investigate the new owner. This place is disgusting and a visual nuisance."

"These hours are lies or the workers really have some type of discrimination against me ..I came one morning around 7:30am on a weekday … the workers told me the store opens at 8:30am. This was ridiculous because the hours are showing open at 6:00am, on the door and online ? I had to wait until 8:30 am to finally order food. The workers told me I had to order from outside on the drive thru. Even after I told them I had no car. They treated me like an animal or something not human at this point. I never went to this Wendy’s again why even go threw the attitude and the food was mid ."

"There is no energy in this place! Atmosphere is like dead air! It seems like the employees are being treated poorly! No one seems to want to be there! Can't eat there anymore, don't want to eat other people's obvious despair all the time! I mean it tastes decent, but if there's no kind of Love in it, I don't want it! It makes me feel sad for them! Wish I was able to help!"

"This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Save yourself the trouble and drive 5 mins north to the Coral Springs location which has always been great to me. I never leave reviews but the consistent lack of quality and customer service at this location warranted this negative review. This is the closest location to me and 3ach time I come here either the doors are always locked during regular business hours, the drive thru is packed because whoever is working the window can't speak proper english and never understands the order, or the quality of the food is mediocre on a good day and terrible usually. I could list many more issues with this location but to sace space I only put the highlights of how bad the experience here is. How this location continues to operate with such a low standard of care and quality is beyond me. I will from now on go out of my way to drive north to the Coral Springs location as the Managment there is always superior and the quality of the food and care is always great. Unfortunately I have to give this location one star because no stars isn't an option."
