"Very old and gross pizza. Totally white and uncooked at the bottom. Delivery was fast and efficient but the pizza was inedible. I have to meet the store manager tomorrow just to get a refund I mean, that should be something simple you can give to a customer if something isn’t right with the order"

"Customer service, for any company, is and will always be the most important thing. The quality of the products like the way you serve it to the customer, go hand in hand. But it seems that these companies do not understand it or do not explain it to the worker who shows his face. This man "Sam" took care of me, and when he entered and I approached where he is, in a rude way, he told me that someone was in front of me. No one was standing, a lady was sitting. Okay, but why say it that way? You don't say good afternoon, welcome, nothing? You don't need to shout to express that you are in charge. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. This restaurant finds it cheaper to spend on training its workers rather than spending on advertising. I never come back here again."
