"The beginners Sushi Class with Chef Danh was fabulous, he received us with some complementary Sake and Water, he had prepared the stations for each participant, where we all had what was needed to prepare our sushi, we made 3 different kinds of it. He explained very well how to do it, the importance of doing it on certain way to have a great sushi roll, we even worked on the presentation of out plates! Chef Danh is a great person and teacher, he made us feel very confident and comfortable to be able to do everything. Cleanliness was excellent, ambiance too. Overall a fantastic class. We ended with a delicious treat of Creme Brûlée that was prepared in front of eyes. Thanks Chef Danh, we loved being in your company and learning from you."

She also made it interesting with some trivia questions for us to think about re: Barbados culture and history. The fish cakes were delicious and so was the rum punch!
