"Went through drive thru and the kid was personable but didn’t ring up my fiancée’s drink correctly and when I went in to get it fixed the staff were arguing with one another because of bathroom issues and shift changes. Shift lead hollering at the girl in drivethru and drivethru hollering back. Then she opens the window and asks the next guest, “what do you want?” And took another 20-25 min to make my one drink."

"I was the only one in line at the drive thru, I was on my lunch break, I got my donuts and sandwich then I was told to pull in the parking lot to wait for caramel latte. I declined to move when a female black girl like myself told me that I must move. I am tired of management putting a time limit on the drive thru delivery which forces staff to run outside in the Florida heat to keep up their timing metrics. This is why food services are getting bad at all drive thru."

"I went there almost every day during a week because I had class next to them. The costumer service in general is not good. The most of the employees’s attitude were no the best one…like if they really don’t care about the costumers including the shift lead… she didn’t know anything about how the app works. And the worst was in the drive through. I must said that two employees were REALLY nice, boy and girl… Unfortunately I don’t know their names but they were really kind and nice. In general the store and area around looks clean and nice."
