"This center is unreliable and does not come as promised ! They are not bilingual they are an all Spanish speaking daycare they expect everyone to speak Spanish ! Just unreliable all the way around and not a good commute! The phone they do not EVER answer makes me concerned for my daughter safety !"

"My grandson lost a tooth because he was ill supervised. Had to rush him to dentist and doctors to ensure his permanent too will grow in normally. He has had several incidents here. Loved his place initially as I had another grandchild attending prior to the pandemic. Nothing like this ever happened under the old management. With the new management not enough teachers to kids. The facility is small, clean and intimate.Loved that! Faculty is friendly. But this incident changed my perception. What's worse the director has never reached out to the parents to check on my grandson after the day of the incident. Kids are going to have accidents, that is unavoidable, but this changed everything for me. Grandson does want to go back as he said he does not want to lose another tooth. His words. Liked it better under the old management. This never happened."

"My son has just recently started here at Echo- Learning Center. And we find it to be a very exciting place for learning. They’re so positive and care very much for the children attending there daily. He doesn’t give me a fuss every morning like he use to when attending another local learning center. So I can honestly say I’m most satisfied with the switch. Keep up the amazing work!"
