"The staff is very nice! My hairstylist Quan was awesome! He did a great job and was very friendly! Will definitely be back and tell others to go as well!"
"I had my 9 year old sons hair cut with a bald to hard part fade….amazing service, patience and excellent care!"
"Came to get a haircut with a toddler in a stroller, they couldn’t take me in because I have a toddler with me. I have no family member here and this was the only way I could get a haircut. It’s not like The toddler will be running all over the place. She is sitting down in her stroller. If you are a single mom, or I don’t have family member, don’t come to this place."
"So just came in for a blow dry and haircut. I have thick curly hair. Student was completely not comfortable doing my hair. Blow dry with a flat brush, wet the back of my shirt and left still with split ends. When I went to pay I told the girl at the register that I was uncomfortable with my hair and she giggled and said she completely understood. Some lady came in to so called rectify the situation. She said she would comp next blow dry but I had to pay today which wasn’t the issue there was no apology whatsoever. I asked her how could two teachers sign off on my hair and my hair was completely frizzy and had waves because it was still damp in certain areas. She said everyone is different and I need to understand that I am at a school and I’m not gonna received perfection. I asked her I can understand to some degree however a blow dry is 101. Not understanding and asking questions is how you learn, teachers pointing things out and showing how to correct is how u teach. She gave me a dirty look and said that I am at a school and maybe next time they could make me happy. I asked if she would be happy leaving with her hair looking like mine and her response is everyone is different."
"Granddaughter, had two big yellow/orange patches on front of hair. I was not aware it was the stylists first time doing color. I know a waiver was signed but her hair is now streaked. Previously had something was excellent.when a stylist is not experienced an supervisor should be there to supervise."
